부산 서면 교보문고 후문 근처에 위치한 알공예 박물관(EggartMuseum)은 거위, 타조, 닭, 오리, 메추리 등 순수한 알로 만든 작품을 전시하는 한국에서는 물론이고, 세계 최초로 만들어진 알공예 전문 개인 박물관입니다.

금속이나 도자기 소재로 알 모양을 만들어 장식한 금속공예, 도자기공예와는 재료와 작품에서 상당히 차별화된 작품들을 전시하고 있습니다.

일본에서 Eggart 마스터(Master)과정을 졸업하고, 처음으로 대학평생교육원에 Eggart 전문 정규 교육과정을 만들었던 알 공예가 김귀선 작가에 의해 운영됩니다.

오랜 시간 작품 활동과 전시회를 해 왔던 작가의 알공예 작품을 중심으로, 보석함, 마차, Egg인형 등 섬세하고 화려한 알공예 작품과 기증받은 Eggart 작품, 세계 여러 나라에서 수집한 금속 Eggart, 도자기 Eggart, 국내외 Eggart 관련 도서, Eggart 자료 등 500여 점 이상이 순환 교체 전시됩니다.

미국 동부 해안의 작은 마을에 산재해 있는 HouseMuseum 형태로 소규모의 전시실, 작업실, 교육 장소를 운영하고 있습니다. 시작은 HouseMuseum 형태의 오피스텔이지만, 세계 최초로 시작하여 복합문화 공간으로 키워나가는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

Eggart에 관심을 가지고 있는 분들은 물론이고, 다양한 분야의 분들도 직접 볼 수 있고, 소통할 수 있는 문화의 공간이 되기를 바랍니다.

Located near the back gate of Kyobo Bookstore in Seomyeon, Busan, Korea, EggartMuseum is the world's first private museum specializing in egg crafts, as well as in Korea, which displays works made from pure eggs such as goose, ostrich, chicken, duck, and quail.

It displays highly differentiated works in materials and works from metal crafts and ceramic crafts decorated with egg shapes from metal or ceramic materials.

EggartMuseum is run by eggartist Gwi-sun Kim, who graduated from an Eggart Master course in Japan and created a regular Eggart course at the University Lifelong Education Center for the first time.

More than 500 pieces will be exhibited in rotation, including delicate and colorful pieces such as jewelry boxes, carriages, and Egg dolls, donated Eggart works, metal Eggart collected from various countries around the world, ceramic Eggart, books related to Eggart at home and abroad, and Eggart materials, focusing on the artist's egg craft works that have been active and exhibited for a long time.

EggartMuseum operates exhibition rooms, workshops, and training sites in the form of House Museum scattered in small villages on the east coast of the United States. It is a House Museum-type officetel, but it aims to be the first in the world to grow into a complex cultural space.
